By accessing or using Intervals, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Eligibility & accounts
You’re responsible for your account, maintaining access to your login methods, and all activity under your account.
Using the service
- Don’t misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
- Don’t attempt to access data that isn’t yours.
- Don’t upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Scheduling & availability
Intervals helps you share broad availability and manage meeting requests. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you share and for confirming final times with others. We don’t guarantee that requests will be delivered, accepted, or scheduled.
Third-party services
If you connect third-party services (e.g. calendar providers), their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We’re not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) retain all rights to the service, including software, branding, and design. You retain rights to content you provide, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or to protect the service and users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
