MCP Server

Let Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor manage your calendar, availability, tasks, and reminders.

Easy login (Claude & ChatGPT)

No API key paste. Add the MCP URL, then sign in with your Intervals account in the browser (Google or magic link) and approve access. Pro required.

Claude.ai

  1. Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
  2. URL: https://intervals.so/api/mcp
  3. Choose Sign in now (OAuth)
  4. Approve on intervals.so

ChatGPT

  1. Enable Developer Mode → create a custom app / connector
  2. MCP URL: https://intervals.so/api/mcp
  3. Authentication: OAuth
  4. Approve on intervals.so when prompted

Cursor (API key)

  1. Create an API key in dashboard → Settings → API Keys (Pro required).
  2. Add the server to your MCP config with the Bearer header below.
  3. Ask the agent to check your schedule, create a meeting, or add a task.

Same rate limits as the REST API: 1,000 requests/day. Never put your key in a URL path.

Notes

  • Transport: Streamable HTTP (stateless JSON). POST only.
  • OAuth discovery: /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource and /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server
  • Warm links: use create_warm_link to offer availability — send_email defaults off.
  • Meeting-request inbox tools are not in MCP yet.
